Responsibilities
*Assist GM with overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately $1-2 Million in sales per year
* Sales Building
* Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
* Performance feedback and corrective action
* Maintenance of facility and equipment
 
 
Job Requirements
Must have:
 
- At least 2-3 years? experience as Salaried Manager in fast food or family dining
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays without restrictions
- Stable work history
